Case ReportsA Rare Case in Urology: Inflammatory Myofibroblastic Tumour.
Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumour (IMT) is a soft tissue malignancy with a mixture of myofibroblastic spindle cells with hyalinised stroma and inflammatory infiltrates. We report a case of a 35-year male patient with a 100×90 mm mass located at the posterior wall of the urinary bladder just adjacent to the prostate and rectum. The mass caused grade 3 hydronephrosis in the left kidney and grade 1 hydronephrosis in the right kidney. ⋯ Morphology and immunohistochemistry were consistent with IMT. With surgical excision of the tumour, no recurrence or metastases were seen up to 3 years postoperatively. Key Words: Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumour, Bladder, Urinary system, Hydronephrosis.

Case ReportsPrimary Hepatic Angiosarcoma: A Rare and Very Aggressive Liver Tumour.
Primary hepatic angiosarcoma (PHA) is a sporadic and aggressive tumour of the liver that originates from mesenchymal cells and represents less than 2% of all primary liver tumours. It is known to be associated with several environmental and industrial carcinogens; however, in 75% of cases, aetiology remains unclear. Patients generally present with nonspecific symptoms and laboratory findings. ⋯ Three months later, MRI depicted a substantial increase in the lesion size measured 8.5 cm. An ultrasound-guided tru-cut biopsy was performed, and the diagnosis of PHA was confirmed by pathology. In this report, we aim to highlight PHA's MRI features and underline this rare entity's rapid and fatal progression.

Case ReportsAn Unconventional Approach to Overcome the Extreme Angulation of LAD: A Challenging Percutaneous Coronary Intervention.
We herein describe a challenging acute anterior ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) case. The patient was hemodynamically unstable during the procedure and the extremely angulated culprit vessel hindered our repeated attempts of wiring. ⋯ We also briefly review the literature about recommended methods for such severely angulated vessels. Key Words: Angulation, infarction, Vessel, Angiography.
